*sigh* the news just gets worse and worse...my dr called and said i need to be at eden at 1pm. so i can get drugged. surgery will start at 3:30, i'll get into recovery room at 6:30 and i won't be able to leave till 8:30. *ssssiiiiiigggggghhhhhhh* it's gonna be a looooooonnnnnnnggggggg day...i just hope it doesn't get any worse....
mmmmm...yummy sushi for lunch...and then the girls are comin over w/ dinner for me...yeaa!

*oy* things didn't go as planned yesterday. first off, i get there at 3, don't get dialated till 3:45. they tell me dr is behind due to emergencies so it'll be a couple of hours. a couple of hours?!?! *oy* it was actually more than a couple of hours. i didn't get seen till 7!!! he takes a look at my left eye. the eye i'm supposed to have laser on and then says things have changed. huh? he asked his receptionist to bring my dad in. dad comes in and dr tells him, laser isn't the answer for my left eye. it got worse over a course of 3 days and laser won't help it. i hafta actually go to the a hospital and have an OPERATION done. he's gonna hafta put like a silicon band AROUND my eyeball to push all the tissue and fibers together so that new ones can grow and scar over the old ones...eeesh...but he actually did laser on my right eye...did it hurt? ehhhh...kinda, not exactly. most of the pain wasn't really pain, pain...more like pressure on my eye. what was painful was the bright lights and the laser beam...the beam was bright green light...eesh...*sigh* so yeah, so much for a "simple" procedure. thnx everyone for callin...lol, it was funnee...everyone was callin me last nite askin how it went, and i had to say, i haven't even been seen yet!!! but yeah, thnx for your phone calls and prayers...and crine, thnx for my cookies!!!!!!! yummmmmmyyyyyyy!!!!!!!! =D so i hafta miss the game, and steph's party...i thot i'd be able to go if laser went well, but w/ my left eye bein worse off, i can barely do anything!!!!!!! hil, toby, and eugene are bringin me starbucks and sushi!! weeeee!!!!!!!! hahahahhahahahahha...jay's workin at macy's w/ the rest of 'em..hahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahha! yeah for him tho...a "real" job...=P

*sigh* things have just happened so quickly the past few days...first, everything's fine and the next thing i know...i'm scheduled to have laser surgery on friday afternoon. eeks! i noticed this flash of white light in my lower right eye for about the past week or so. i finally told dad about it. i didn't bring it up cuz i thot it was just due to stress or lack of sleep. when i tell him, he drags me down to the office around 8:30/9pm to take a look at it. he tells me i have a torn retina and i hafta see a specialist. so, tues am, i go see the specialist and he tells me i have lil holes in both my eyes and a torn retina in my left. i need surgery asap to fix it or i'll go blind. how crazy is that?!?! so, tomorrow's the biiiggg day...am i scared? noo....not really. i think i'm not that scared cuz i can still see fine. if it had affected [effected??...one of those...lol] my vision already, i'd prolly be more scared...and worried. but it hasn't, i can still see fine and i don't feel anything, so i'm not worried. plus, i know that i'm goin to a really good dr. i think the scary part is that if i DON'T get this done, i could lose my vision. that's the scary part...yeah, that's the scary part. so yups, tomorrow, 3:15, my eyeballs are gonna get zapped. then my vision will be blurry for awhile and after that, hopefully i'll be all better. i'm not gonna have both eyes done tomorrow...the dr said just 1 at a time. depending on how i heal will determine how soon the other 1 will get done. he's not so worried about htat eye tho, cuz it's not as bad...*sigh* thank you to all of you who have called me. i appreciate it! i didn't know that it'd spread so quickly. *eesh!* thnx tho!
