hmmm...so what's been happenin in the boring life of mich? well, lessee...school, work, the norm. on wednesday nite, went out to dinner with aunties terri & tina, and christina in the city. went to this cute lil french/californian restaurant: jiardinaire. very tres chic! it was excellent tho...nice 3 piece jazz band too. it's a really cool place. 2 levels with spiral staircase. nice round bar right as you walk in with some tables. upstairs, more tables and booths and the bands upstairs. very nice. good food, drinks, desserts, and service. we're tryin to cram in as much stuff as we can w/ christina before she leaves. it's weird to imagine her gone for 2 whole years. what's even more weird is that she could possibly be going to war. she's stationed in japan and on a destroyer over there. weird thot: christina in control w/ the power to hit a button to launch a missile. hahahahahahhaaha! never would've pictured that! *sigh* i'm gonna miss her. so tomorrow, we're goin to the city again. but tomorrow at fort mason, they're havin a crab & wine fest. yummm! so headin to the city to eat, shop, and then back to grandma's for more food...chinese new year! whoo hoo! chaching! =D and then sunday, we're goin to alcatraz for the nite tour...they take you to different things at nite...oooo, creepy. and then next wedensday, i think we're goin to boulevard for dinner in the city. mom says that's a REALLY nice restaurant. nicer tha jiardinaire. mmmm...can't wait! but then that means it's a day closer to christina leaving *sigh*

i had a really weird dream last nite...my mom was in our family room vaccuming with the double doors closed. someone was banging on our front door, but none of us wanted to answer it. as i was walking down our stairs, the person kept banging. our doors suddenly had small panes of glass in it and as i peered out, i see this guy trying to break thru. he was using the butt of a gun to try and break the glass to get in. why he didn't just shoot thru the glass is beyond me, but hey, it's a dream! and then i woke up. weird, huh?

I CAN DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!! YEAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! =D watch out, MICH is BACK! heeheehee! so yeah, my dr appt went well this morning. he says that i can start driving today [which i did!] and i can start travelling too!! whooohoooo! tahoe or maui, here i come! i can't start skiing till next week tho...not too bad. so i'm planning a trip...'course it's gonna be a short one cuz i got strict, nasty teachers this semester who care about attendance. dang monkey butts. i hope it gets colder soon...with more rain. =D

ever wish, hope, and dream for something and then realize that it's not going to be and have everything come crashing down on you? you hold something so close and think positively about the outcomes and then reality sets in. *sigh* makes you just want to give up and not do anything ever again. i DON'T want to feel that way, but i do, unfortunately. hmmmm....maybe i SHOULD spend more than a few weeks in florence. maybe this is my chance to get away and start everything over again. *sigh*

how do you know when your friends are your REAL friends? i'm still trying to figure that out. if you're there for them thru all the good and bad times and support them in whatever they're in, but then they don't do the same for you, that's not right, right? so why is it then that sometimes THEY get offended when you don't keep in contact with them? don't you have every reason to believe that there's no point in going to them for THEIR support? what's the point? hmmm...still pondering that one and wondering how i'm the bad guy.
