I am wiped out. A pretty good weekend though. The activities started late Thursday nite when Gary called to say that baby might be coming sooner than expected. I ended up going to watch the kids that nite. They barley made it to the hopsital before Marissa Nicole Hall popped out. 6lbs. 2 oz. 19 1/2 in. 1:06 am. Friday, drove the kids to school, stayed for work, went back to their house to let the carpet cleaner guy in. Maria came to stay and play w/ Dai Dai w/ me. WOWEE is their carpet clean! It's like a whole new carpet! Fluffy, clean, a whole different color! Gross thing, Murray, the carpet cleaner told us that even though Gary vaccumed before he came, he still had to unclog his filter TWICE from all the junk. EWWWWWWWW. It was pretty gross looking too. Maria and I didn't want to walk around downstairs after that. Hahhahahaha. Went back to work w/ Dai Dai in tow so that Saki could pick up the kids. Worked then met up with Wade, Christine, and Christine's friend, John to head to the city.

SWITCHFOOT! Their set was awesome. The other bands, Honorary Title and Format weren't that great. Wade and I fell asleep during Format. I know, how is that possible at a rock concert? It was. Thought we were going to see some bodies fly over the balcony too. Our section had 3 rows, we were in the 3rd. The girl in first row in front of Christine and this mom stood for the first part of Switchfoot, the Mom yelled at her to sit down. Skipped the whole polite thing and just yelled at her. The girl passed along some words too but ended up sitting down. She got back up after a little bit and Wade asked if I could see. I said I can't see the other 1/2 of the stage. So the mom in front of Christine yells again for the chick to sit down. The girl says something back and then I hear the mom say, "If you have a problem sitting down, then let's take this outside right now!" Ohhhh dang. If I were the girl, I wouldn't glued my butt to my seat. This Mom was not one to mess with. She was like 3 times the size of the girl too! The girl goes and complains to an usher, to no avail. Usher tells her to stand in the aisle. 1/2 an hour later, another usher tells her she can't stand there because she's blocking the people the next section up and she needs to stand in the back or sit down. She reluctantly and grudgingly sat down. She had a perfect view of the stage sitting down too, no need to really stand. No one was in front of her.

Saturday, practice where I was surprised to see Toby. =) That was a nice surprise. We sounded soooo much better with him---complete. Then met up with Christine to go to Embarcadero Center for their Food and Wine Fest. WOW. Perfect weather - thought it was going to rain because at the concert the nite before, when we left, it was sprinkling. So many great restaurants. Asia de Cuba, Aqua, Slanted Door, Tartare, Tartine...not to mention the great wines. Saw Martin Yan do a little show too. Great time of wandering around, snacking, drinking, and talking. Soooooooo full. Got in the car and quickly turned on the radio to sadly hear that Cal lost to SC. ::sigh:: So sad. It wasn't that they played a bad game per se, just not a perfect game. But hey, my Aaron played pretty perfectly and Cal held SC to just 23 points. They beat the spread and they proved that they should be ranked higher than what they are. Ahhh well, cest la vie. They'll just take it out on UCLA this weekend--sorry Tamaron and Michael. Oh yeah, my condolences to you Michael on the Dodgers getting knocked out of the series. Well, not really, more like a "HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!" ;)

Headed back and went to visit baby. Dang that hospital is nice. Baby's cute. She's tiny compared to the others. And she's HAIRY! Hahahhahaha. Not as hairy as Val when she was born, but still fuzzy. I'm so glad it's a girl. Whew!

Then to Auntie Lucy's for Steph's party--and more food and wine. Auntie Loo's in town too so it was even MORE fun. Or funnier....hahhahahahaa....Left around 11. Was gonna try to go to Fran's 80's themed birthday party, but I was too wiped out. That would've been fun if I wasn't so full and tired--and if I were dressed for 80's. I was REALLY tired if even the idea of possibly seeing "eh-hem" didn't push me to go. Hahahhahaha, just kidding. I don't think he's THAT cute Toby. Just easy on the eyes. ;)

Sunday, woke up early to go to church and try to print out labels again, but something was wrong with the network. After, went to Wa Sung's Food and Wine thing called A Chef's Delight. They didn't have as much food and wine or as many people, but it was good. Val and Courtney helped Auntie Karen out, so we stuck around till the end.

Went to visit Grandma and Grandpa where I promptly fell asleep watching Kyle Boller and the Ravens defeat the Redskins. =P

I'm so food and wine festivaled out....ughhhhhh. Don't want to eat anymore. I gained all the weight back. Hahhahahaaha. Another busy weekend ahead, and I'm slightly dreading it. I hope the week goes by slowly, for once.
