*yawn* it's been an exhausting weekend...and it's just the begining. rather draining, actually. funerals always are and i hate going to them...*sigh* i almost was in a huge car accident too. for the funeral procession, this lady decides to cut across the lanes and almost t-bones me. i was driving the burb with five other people in it. she saw me coming and i guessed she misjudged the distance and my speed cuz right as i got to her, she decided to cut across the 2 lanes from her driveway onto my side of the road. i did the whole swerve, jerk the wheel one way and bring it back. fortunately, my good driving skills kicked in and it wasn't as bad as i thot it was. everyone was pretty impressed...including me. i thot for sure i was in for it. she was driving a Tahoe and if i hadn't swerved, she would have hit me directly. good thing there wasn't anyone next to me either. the cop escort that was behind me zoomed up next to her and told her to slow down, but she was oblivious. stupid drivers.

went to the legion of honor today for my art history field trip. it's so much better to have your professor as your tour guide. it's much more fun and he makes it seem much more interesting. plus, he knows what we went over, what we know, etc. and you don't hafta hear stuff you don't wanna discuss. so yeah, it was cool. i wanna go back. i couldn't stay that long cuz i had a baby party to go to afterwards. but my aunt took me to this really cool art store in the city. it's called Flax. it's huge! they have soooo much stuff, i could spend hours there. but since i had to go, i think i only spent 20 something minutes there. new art store for me to spend all my money at...eesh
