right about now, it's pouring. much harder than it has been the past few hours. i luv the sound of rain as it beats against my window and the roof. it's a consistent drumming that's very soothing to me. the only draw back is that there's a drain pipe right next to my window and it makes an annoying dripping sound of water hitting metal. i luv rain, i luv snow. rain just makes me happy. as if it's cleansing and ridding the earth of all the bad, nasty stuff. it makes me feel alive, energized, and cleansed. ahhhh...of course, more rain for us means more snow, but unfortunately, alot of places closed today. however, last nite, one of my parents' friends, who live up in south lake tahoe, called and said that they have a time share at squaw valley that they hafta use by this week. this WHOLE week would be free for us. squaw's not open, but we can stay there and go to alpine which is staying open till memorial weekend(!). unfortuanetly, i can't miss anymore of my classes and dad's totally booked up for this week. *sigh* i knew it was too good to be true.
